Would you look at that, while I was working on music the blog hit 300 followers. You might either say that’s nothing or it’s a lot, depending on which end of things you stand when it comes to internet content creation. I think it’s a lot, considering I started this out of nowhere, and it takes a lot more effort than a decent Instagram selfie to write some of the stuff I put on here. I am honored that so many people would follow my writing.
I never wanted to play to an empty house, anyway, and so if I was a band playing a club, 300 people would be a good crowd. I imagine myself looking out at all of you…hi. Let’s see if some of you want to subscribe, so we can get a little scene going, with communication… I like that kind of thing. It’s a little bit more intimate, I think, than just posting things into the void. I can really hear what you think, and respond, and it feels like an actual conversation.
I hope I can live up to whatever expectations you have about my writing, and you get something out of it. I am really curious what it is that draws people in. I cant just quit this thing, even when I feel like it. It’s too late to turn back, now. No, i’m kidding I don’t think I would ever quit, maybe take a few days off at the most extreme.
