Facebook thought dump from 5–18–21

Of course people don’t want to go back to work if there’s no incentive to, it’s the same concept that stops wal mart from paying people a living wage: they don’t have any incentive to. Except now: maybe they do.

Against my better judgement I weighed in on a post about this and got into it with working people who are against a living wage increase. I guess Lou Dobbs told them that it would cause inflation, everything would cost more. The price of living HAS increased anyway, at a rate that is exponentially higher than the basically stagnant wages for working people.

And somehow people who can eat and live indoors without being exploited through wage slavery are the problem here?

If you didn’t have capital, why would you fight for the interest of the capitalist class? If people that work 40 hours a week have to be on food stamps. Why are you not worried about that tax burden? the government is subsidizing these companies l. The tax payers pay for the wages that wal mart won’t. Why isn’t Walmart the welfare queen?

I had to come back to my Facebook account for some work I’m doing so I thought I’d have a think into my keyboard.
