I have some things to do today, but it’s too early, so I figured I’d see if my fingers could tap something out on the keyboard. The check I’ve been waiting a month for finally came, but the check cashing place wouldn’t cash it because it’s dated over a month ago. So, I have to open a bank account. I haven’t had a bank account since 2019; I’ve just used Cash App and PayPal. I mean, why would I have a bank account when they do everything that a bank does, without any annoying fees? I don’t like banks; I don’t trust them.
I opened a “virtual wallet” with PNC a few weeks ago because they promised like $100 for doing that. I never saw a dime. In fact, that account is now -$3 because I was foolish enough to check for the $100 in an ATM in a 7–11 in Midtown Manhattan, where nothing is free. Now I get emails every day about my negative balance in my PNC virtual wallet. Like, what the fuck?
I slept marvelously last night and woke up at 6 feeling great… like really good. I wonder why? Oh well, who cares — I’ll try to ride that feeling as far as I can. I have some possible clients for my technological services today, and it’s going to be more ways I can use AI to do things. I met this kid back when I was living in South Side Jamaica, right as I decided I was going to start using Google’s AI “Gemini” back in February or March.
I didn’t talk to him for a few months, 2 apartments, and countless hours spent with AI. He was telling me that his mom needs help launching a podcast, and since I had launched a blog, he figured I could help her. I spoke to her on the phone — it seems like I can help. I’ll use AI to SEO everything, and if anything else is needed like logos or promotion, I can definitely do that stuff too. Twitter headers, Facebook pages… whatever.
These people want to pay me in US currency too, which is good. We’ll just see how it goes now, won’t we?
