I got a call from the Brooklyn DA this morning with a little update. They want Antonio to plead to a lesser charge than the three felonies he is facing, including second-degree attempted murder. If he decides not to go to trial and plead, he’s going to spend 2–3 years in NY state prison, you know, for attempting to murder me in my bedroom. I am happy.
Now, if he decides to go to trial, he’s going to lose because of the 911 call on record where he states that he stabbed me and that I was bleeding out (I wasn’t). He is as stupid as he is fat, so he might try to defend himself at trial, and a conviction there has a five-year minimum prison sentence.
This kid is not going to do well in prison. He can’t even do well at collecting disability checks for being fat and playing Fortnite.
Today, all is well in the Ev universe. I had a nice sandwich, played a little Soul Calibur 2, and found out the guy who stabbed me is going to get royally fucked by both karma and the Brooklyn District Attorney. The Ev abides.
