I was thinking about this woke thing. Woke, as in: awake or aware, right ?I don’t know anyone like this, because I unfriended them in the Trump years (after many online arguments), but I see all of these anti woke type people from Florida or wherever the fuck. If you are worried about the “woke mob” or the “woke mind virus”… it’s too late for you. Your way of life, and way of thinking are on the way out, we have moved on. We accept transgender and queer people now. It’s too late.
All of these anti-woke republican right wing fuckers are in the end of their reign I hope. That’s why they are so angry. The whole Trump insurrection thing is like a cornered animal of a culture fighting for it’s life, and it’s losing.
The whole anti-woke right thing is laughable- kid rock buys a 12 pack of “woke” bud light and shoots it with an ar-15 on facebook video. Ok, now… kid rock hasn’t been anyone of note for at least 20 years (but probably more). Some of his music is the worst music I've ever heard. That “all summer long” rip off of both “werewolves of london” and “sweet home alabama” is beyond terrible. I would hear the opening key line to it, and be like “oh sweet, Warren Zevon is on the radio”, only to get an absolute shit sandwich from kid rock. Was that his last hit? I don’t know but it was like 20 years ago. Bud light sucks, but not nearly as bad as someone tricking me into thinking i’m going to hear a sweet Warren song, and pull a shit bag switcheroo.
I don’t even know exactly what bud light did to be “woke” but I assure you that they are not, it’s a marketing ploy. They donate so much money to the republican party every year, they aren’t woke. No corporation is woke. The idea of corporations is anti-woke. The young woke people hate corporations, because we know they don’t care about us, we have all been exploited by them in our lives. If you think they won’t put a trans individual in their ad with one hand, and fundraise for the very anti trans GOP with the other, it must be your first day here.
Now i dont drink any alcohol any more, but c’mon, bud light sucks no matter what is on the can.
