I’d like to just stop, and let it be known that I am very pleased with things at present, specifically my new living space and it’s surrounding area. Supportive housing in NYC has landed me in the top floor of a brand new 2 family home here in South Richmond Hill, Queens. It’s the nicest apartment i’ve ever lived in, man…It’s a bit unbelievable that this is how good things ended up, given how awful things had been (awful in different ways and at different times).

You may remember the insanity of the last apartment I moved into, if you’ve been reading this thing (thanks, by the way), so I won’t go into all of that again as I would like to put it behind me and focus on how positively blessed I am, seriously. I feel like i’m living in MTV cribs in this posh joint. if I had some idea about what I wanted life to be, six months ago…i’ve blown any of those hopes and expectations completely out of the water.

plus, i’ve been waking up at 6 AM, eating my oatmeal and getting right into making music, I don’t stop for a good 8 hours. I have my own bathroom to record vocals in, for the acoustics. I don’t know what happened but I got struck by a musical lightning bolt, and I just get completely consumed by the process. Artificial intelligence completely accelerated my understanding of music, and I cant stop doing it, even though I probably have six songs that I've yet to complete. I’m documenting the process in Instagram reel and YouTube shorts, because I love movies about making music.

Amazingly there is yet another exciting development: the short documentary is being screened at Hunter College on Tuesday, and I can’t wait to be in a room full of people seeing the film, again. that always generates all kinds of lovey feelings, which i’m all about. in fact: I love you!

there is one caveat: i’ve got to raise some travel funds in case I have no money (as per usual). this is a very important event for me and I could use the help to make it:
